We make our sourdough SING with the best ingredients we can source. This starts with a wide variety of grains we mill in-house to create whole grains and blended sourdough. Then we take it a step further with seasonal, flavourful, and always fresh add-ins!

Focaccia

Our Sourdough Focaccia slowly ferments for 96 hours before it's drizzled with an incredible, extra virgin olive oil. We then top them with premium ingredients that are sourced locally and globally.


Our focaccia is then baked in a hot steamy oven until bubbly and golden.
