We are a family-run micro bakery based in Katy, Fulshear, Texas, where each loaf is crafted with love, tradition, and a dash of creativity.
Our story begins with a simple passion for gathering loved ones around the table, a tradition passed down from our Polish roots. Growing up, food wasn’t just a meal—it was a reason to connect, laugh, and create memories.
Over the years, this love of cooking and baking has evolved into a full-blown adventure in sourdough, sparked by my travels, my love for fresh ingredients, and the joy of sharing homemade bread with family and friends.
At our bakery, we take pride in using only the finest ingredients.
We source organic grains from around the world, mill them fresh at home, and combine them with local produce to bring you bread with flavour as rich as its history.
Our long, cold ferment process allows the dough to develop deep flavours while making it easier to digest and more nutritious. It’s the kind of bread you can feel good about eating and sharing.
What started as a small passion project with a few loaves a week has blossomed into a thriving bakery with over 300 unique sourdough varieties, focaccia, scones, and dessert breads.
From family favourites to experimental flavours, we love to create breads that surprise and delight.
Customer favourites like Porcini Mushroom & Gruyere Sourdough or Cranberry, Walnut & Orange Zest reflect our dedication to pushing the boundaries of traditional breadmaking.
Our bakery has always been about community.
Whether we’re sharing samples at the Fulshear Farmers' Market or baking fresh-to-order loaves for neighbours, we cherish the connection we’ve built with our customers.
Each loaf is a labour of love, and we’re honoured that our bread has become a part of your family’s meals and memories.
